Danny Ainge Thinks Isaiah Thomas 'Doesn't Know How Much I Love' Him

Isaiah Thomas says he 'might not ever talk to' Celtics' Danny Ainge ever again

"I might not ever talk to Danny again", Thomas said of Celtics general manager Danny Ainge.

In an interview with Sports Illustrated this week, Thomas lashed out at Ainge for trading him to the Cavaliers this summer.

Quake in North Korea prompts nuclear test fears
Including the latest quake, 114 earthquakes with magnitude of two or greater were recorded on the Korean Peninsula this year. Kim's last nuclear test on September 3 caused a much larger natural disaster , recording at 6.3 on the Richter scale.

Thomas noted there was no ill will toward anyone in the Celtics team or the city, but was seen hurt by how everything took place. "Boston is going to be all love", [Thomas] vows, with one exception. While he understands, he says it's a part of the game.

In a new feature with SI's Lee Jenkins, Thomas opened up about the state of the hip injury that has defined his story since those playoffs, and admitted that he probably shouldn't have even been on the court after a Game 6 injury. But you guys know how much I love Isaiah. "I'll talk to everybody else", he said.

Michael Jordan concerned about National Basketball Association super teams
Jordan, 54, also said he lacks the patience to be a coach, saying his biggest problem is the focus level of today's players. Social media, Twitter, all types of things that have invaded the personal time of individuals.

While the trade itself was a reminder the National Basketball Association is a cold, hard business, this recent back and forth between Thomas and Ainge is a reminder that even so, there's still all sorts of emotion involved. I know there is a lot of feelings that go on when these type of things happen.

Three months after their playoff run, the Celtics sent Thomas to Cleveland as part of a blockbuster trade where Boston got Kyrie Irving. I was a player who was traded twice, so I understand his sentiments. "He's a great kid and I wish him the best".

Stevens, his thoughts turning to all of the players traded away this past summer, acknowledged that it was a hard, emotional summer. "We had an idea once we signed Gordon (Hayward) that something had to be done to clear the cap space for him, so we knew ultimately there would be a trade (of Avery Bradley). You don't know what the Celtics are saying to save their ass or what the Cavs are saying for leverage". "With the Isaiah and Jae trade, that was such an unusual situation to have a trade between these two teams with that caliber of players on both sides", he said. "It's not a trade you make in real life".
