Circuit City to relaunch online next month, with stores on the horizon

Circuit City, which has been out of business for almost a decade, will relaunch online on February 15, CEO Ronny Shmoel said Monday at the Consumer Electronics Show, CNBC reports.

Circuit City also plans to partner with IBM, incorporating its Watson artificial intelligence platform to personalize the electronics shopping experience.
