A viral video that has many outraged was shot right here in Baltimore

A pedestrian captured the incident on video, in which he says staff at the University of Maryland Medical Center Midtown campus left the woman, only in her hospital gown, near a bus stop in about 30-40 degree weather Wednesday night.

BALTIMORE-The University of Maryland Medical Center's top executive apologized to a patient who was discharged and found on the street wearing only a thin hospital gown and socks outside its midtown facility, calling it an isolated incident.

When Fox News asked the hospital Thursday what the criteria is for a patient to be medically cleared, a spokeswoman said she was "not sure" and didn't believe the hospital put the policy online.

"I just witnessed this with my own eyes", he wrote on his Facebook page, where he posted three videos of the Tuesday night incident. Baraka asks, noting the temperatures were in the 30s.
