Kanye West has done his best to avoid the spotlight in recent months, but that doesn't mean he still isn't doing good deeds. West calling a cancer ridden girl to rap for her. News sources have yet to confirm details about the patient, however, Kim Kardashian replied to the Twitter user.

After hearing that one of his fans is sick with terminal cancer, he gave the girl a phone call.
