Jose Mourinho SLAUGHTERS Frank de Boer after Marcus Rashford criticism

Jose Mourinho has slammed Frank de Boer as "the worst manager in the history of the Premier League" after the Dutchman said it is "a pity" Marcus Rahsford is playing under the Portuguese at Manchester United.

Rashford was deadly at Old Trafford, grabbing both his goals within the first twenty minutes of action to set United up for smooth sailing for the rest of the match.

After Rashford's two goals against Liverpool on Saturday, De Boer claimed Mourinho would not have the patience to allow Rashford the necessary room to develop.

'If he has one or two not good games, he puts him out.

Putin criticized for saying Jews, minorities may have meddled in United States vote
The American Jewish committee has said that Mr Putin should clarify the comments "at the earliest opportunity". On 1 March, Putin had said the Kinzhal missile - named after a type of dagger is "an ideal weapon".

"It is a special game because it would be a very important step for the club".

"I read something, some quote from the worst manager in the history of the Premier League, Frank de Boer saying it's not good for Rashford to have a coach like me", Mourinho said.

De Boer, who was sacked as Palace manager last September after failing to muster a goal or a point over the course of four games in charge, said it was a "pity" the 20-year-old had Mourinho as a manager, as the Portuguese would deny him the game time he required.

Frank De Boer's words come across as odd due to the reality of the situation as Jose's love for the youngster has been publicly stated multiple times.

Arsene Wenger anxious by Arsenal's stay-away fans; says frustration 'understandable'
Wenger, 68, signed a two-year contract extension at the end of last season to take his tenure in charge well into a third decade. Cech registered his 200th Premier League clean sheet, the first goalkeeper to achieve this feat in the competition's history.

"Tomorrow is a very hard match, playing against a team that didn't lose against Liverpool home or away [in the group stage], that drew in Liverpool and I say Liverpool because they are an example of a very good team in a big stadium with a big tradition".

"

"If he was coached by Frank, he would learn how to lose because he lost every game."

". Does he play every match from the start? No? I try to give the best to the kid. "Analysing a performance for me is more than number of goals or assists, and for me I'm really happy with Marcus".

After a goalless draw in the first leg, United need a win to advance and Mourinho will hope his side can continue the momentum of recent matches in which they have beaten Chelsea, Crystal Palace and Liverpool.

"I think we are not one of the best teams in the competition, but I think when a team arrives in the last eight anything can happen".
