Philadelphia Eagles Jay Ajayi runs the ball during practice at the team's NFL football training facility in Philadelphia Friday Jan. 26 2018

The owner, who was not named in the TMZ report, told Ajayi that he owed $25,000 in penalty fees.

Hours after TMZ Sports reported that Philadelphia Eagles running back Jay Ajayi was being sued for $25,000 after apparently damaging a Los Angeles mansion, the Super Bowl champion's representatives have adamantly denied the allegations.

The lawsuit claims Ajayi and his friends threw three parties at the property, though large gathers were prohibited, according to TMZ. During that time, Ajayi allegedly hosted a handful of parties in the home, which he was told not to. According to Ajayi, the owner tried to force him and a friend to pay him in cash instead of going through Airbnb.

A reading under 20 would indicate no trend, and a reading from 20-25 would suggest that there is no clear trend signal. Looking at some moving average levels, the 200-day is at 55.5, the 50-day is 59.19, and the 7-day is sitting at 58.5.

Additionally, the owner claims Ajayi broke a table, scratched some floors and violated the no smoking rule. The owner also said he had to "call local security" to get Ajayi off his property.

Per the report, when the owner went to confront Ajayi over the bill on February 18, he alleges Ajayi "pushed [him] on [his] chest in a menacing and threatening manner".

Ajayi, a London native, was traded to the Eagles last October in a deadline deal from the Miami Dolphins.
