PCB issues notice to Umar Akmal over spot fixing approaches

Pakistan right-handed batsman Umar Akmal has claimed that he was offered money to miss matches against India in previous World Cups and two deliveries during a match.

"I had got an offer during the World Cup to leave two balls alone and they were willing to pay me $200,000 for that", Akmal said in the TV interview.

He went on to say that this was nothing new, and similar offers were made to him in the past.
