USA Today reports Target pulled the card from its store shelves, while American Greetings, the producer of the card, apologized for its message. "Baby daddy" is "not sweet or nice".

A shopper named Takeisha Saunders first posted an image of the card on May 31 and claimed it was the only card depicting a black couple.
