British man poisoned with Novichok regains…

Investigators look at a piece of evidence which looks like a satellite phone recovered from Dawn Sturgess' hostel in Salisbury

"We have seen a small but significant improvement in the condition of Charlie Rowley", the hospital reported.

We had a little chat, he said, adding that his brother wasn't himself.

The police officer leading the investigation into the latest Novichok poisoning in the United Kingdom has said he does not know if it will ever be possible to establish a definitive link between the most recent poisoning and that of Sergei and Yulia Skripal last March.

The UK government blamed Russia for the poisoning of the Skripals back in March, which led to expulsion of Russian diplomats from several western embassies.

He said: "As I've said, the role of Counter Terrorism Policing is to now investigate these two incidents - the latest of which is being treated as murder and to try to identify and bring those responsible to justice".

Charlie Rowley, 45, woke up Tuesday at Salisbury Hospital in London.

Uhuru loses followers, Raila gains in Twitter purge
YouTube's official Twitter handle witnessed a 2.8 percent dip and now has 70.39 million followers. Well, it is now happening and people have started noticing the drop in follower accounts.

Rowley is described as very exhausted and groggy after his ordeal due to the effects of a nerve agent so toxic it put him in a coma.

"But the brutal reality is that I can not offer you any reassurance or guarantee at this time".

Rowley, who fell ill on June 30 at his home in Amesbury near Salisbury, had regained consciousness. This is the same nerve agent believed to have poisoned Sergei and Yulia Skripal in March.

The backdrop to this meeting was British but the issue was global as police issued a Novichok warning to the residents of Salisbury.

A Bristol distillery has apologised for launching a vodka named Novichok a day before the substance killed victim Dawn Sturgess in Amesbury.

A solar eclipse or Surya Grahan is going to occur today when the moon will obstruct the way between the sun and the earth. In partial solar eclipse or " aanshik surya grahan ", however, the Moon only partly obscures the Sun's disk.

AC Basu said 100 detectives were working on the investigation, which was now focused on Ms Sturgess's address within John Baker House in Salisbury, Mr Rowley's address in Muggleton Road, Amesbury, and an area in the Queen Elizabeth Gardens in Salisbury.

Mr Basu said his officers were working on the theory that Ms Sturgess and Mr Rowley found an object housing the nerve agent, which can remain active for 50 years if left undisturbed in a sealed container.

Police suspect Mr Rowley and Mr Sturgess handled an item from the first attack, which Britain blames on Russian Federation.

"That said, the scientists at the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory at Porton Down will work hard to determine whether the nerve agents used in the two incidents are from the same batch".

Wiltshire Police said members of the public should "not be alarmed" by the activity.
