Israeli military says it shot down a Syrian drone

Thank you Putin! We support Russia because Russia supported us’ Syrian fans at World Cup

The Golan Heights was illegally captured by Israel in 1967 and annexed in 1981.

Wednesday's incident came at the same moment Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu landed in Moscow ahead of a meeting with Russia's President Vladimir Putin.

The army is ordering all boats to clear out of the Sea of Galilee so forces can collect fragments of a drone that entered Israeli airspace from Syria.

Here is a video of the Patriot being fired at the drone.

"The UAV infiltrated the Israeli border from Syria", Israeli Defense Force (IDF) said in a statement.

Fans thrilled as Drake replaces DJ Khaled as Wireless Festival headliner
The 6 God's surprise performance came included a surprise guest, Giggs , who was rumored to bring out Drake during his own set. Another said: "Drake turning up at #Wireless to replace @djkhaled is the best substitution of this #WorldCup period".

This is the second time in a month that Israel has intercepted a drone flying in from Syria.

This trade, as reported by the Israeli press, would have Netanyahu offering to see Russian Federation given full relief from US-imposed sanctions in return for Russian Federation expelling Iranian military from Syria.

On Wednesday, Netanyahu will fly to Moscow for a meeting with Putin.

"We will discuss Syria, we will discuss Iran, we will discuss Israel's security needs", Netanyahu told reporters before departing. He added that the latter scenario was "not common".

Russian Federation is allied with Iran and has been the military backbone behind Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad's slow-burning recapture of territory controlled by rebel forces during the country's seven-year-long civil war.

Croatia plots 'football Brexit' as England World Cup semi looms
Until last night, when all the pain was removed and when we finally experienced a revival of 1998", the Sportski Novosti newspaper said after that match.

Lieberman has also stepped up rhetoric against the Syrian military warning them not to enter a buffer zone in the Syrian Golan Heights established after a 1973 war with Israel.

"We made a decision to bring with us two wonderful children who are bravely fighting cancer: Mika, whom my wife and I have known for nine years, and Alon, whose parents emigrated from Russian Federation and who likes soccer very much".

"Their use of military force in Syria would inevitably lead to an escalation of tensions across the entire Middle East region", he said. Netanyahu's government has made clear it would not now cede the Golan and has been lobbying for US recognition of Israel's claim of sovereignty there.

According to the spokesman, the delay was due to initial uncertainty over who was operating the drone, specifically if it was being flown by Russian Federation, whose air force has been flying extensive missions over southern Syria to support dictator Bashar Assad's offensive against two rebel-held provinces in the area. On July 6, Israel struck a Syrian post that it said had shelled the Golan buffer zone.
