Kanye West appeared on Jimmy Kimmel live in the U.S. last night for a rare in person interview and things ended up getting a bit awkward.

The conversation turned to Trump nearly immediately, and Kimmel asked the 41-year-old father of two about his support of the president. The talk-show host started out by asking the performer about his wife, Kim Kardashian West, and her efforts to free Alice Johnson, a first-time nonviolent drug offender.

Torchlight Series Returns After Six Years With ‘Torchlight Frontiers’
Despite the closure, Perfect World promised it was "committed to supporting and growing Runic Games' beloved franchises". It makes you wonder why Runic Games was even shuttered if this new studio is basically the same team.

Asked earlier in Thursday's interview why he had made a decision to endorse Trump publicly, West said he hadn't wanted to succumb to pressure to take the predictable option. Kanye, you're off the hook now, but eventually you'll have to address the very real effects of Trump's presidency.

Kimmel asked West about his views on the president and West said he's been criticized by liberals, African-Americans and by members of the hip-hop community for his political stance and has been told constantly not to share his views. But it represented overcoming fear and doing what you felt, no matter what anyone said, in saying, you can't bully me.

Responding to the latter, West laughed and said, "Well he is a player". At one point during the long interview, West went on a tear about why he supports the president.

Hargreaves Lansdown posts record FY assets on inflows, market gains
Due in part to its higher level of profitability, Hargreaves Lansdown was able to increase total dividends per share by 38%. Despite the decent results, shares in the company were down three per cent in early trading on Tuesday.

"What was insane was - I've never told this story before - so I'm presenting an award, and Kanye was nominated". "There are literally families being torn apart as a result of what this president is doing, and I think that we can not forget that whether we like his personality or not, his actions are really what matter".

Kimmel also asked about the rapper's mental health, alluding to the song "I Thought About Killing You" and the quote on the album's cover art.

Coincidences! In any case, Kimmel smartly put on a receptive face and bided his time until just the right moment to cut through Kanye's dodges about Trump's actual policies.

'Dear Ivanka': Celebrities flood First Daughter's Instagram with message over family separations
President Trump signed an executive order in June ending the administration's family separation policy amid widespread criticism. Some parents who have already been deported may never see their children again. "As of now, 57 children have not been reunited".

For the most part, Kanye West has kept silent since his 2016 breakdown and hospital stay.
